Ag déanamh amach

Mar a gheall mé, tá mé ag athbhreithnú na briathra is coitianta leis na réamhfhocail difriúil. Sin an chaoi éasca mo leibhéal Ghaeilge a ardú. Tá mé ag tosú leis an briathar "déan". Déansuas an liosta seo:

déan amach = make out, write up, proceed outward or onward
Also used for dealing cards.

déan ar = do to/for, proceed towards

déan as = make from (material), make do with, make off/get away

déan de = make of, change into, reduce to, become

déan do
= make for, provide for, suffice for

déan faoi
= do toward/against

déan le = do with, act towards,

déan suas = make up, compile, compound

Tá go leor ciall eile, ar ndóigh, ach déanaim as sin faoi láthair. Tá mé ábalta abairtí go leor a dhéanamh leis na frasaí sin. Déanamach leis seo go luath. B'fhéidir lá amháin, déanfaidh duine líofa díomsa.

Go raibh maith agat, duine gan ainm! You've reminded me that I haven't paid nearly enough attention to poor "de" of late; I tend to confuse it with "do". One more thing to focus on before the first measnú.
